Before you begin : Get your AI DASH account ready
To get access to AI DASH, please contact [email protected].
We'll introduce you to the platform and guide you through the onboarding process. Once your contract or insertion order (IO) is signed, our team will set up your AI DASH account.
See Get Access to AI DASH for more details.
Step 1 : Create Your Brand
Go to Settings → Brands and create the brand you want to advertise.
Make sure the brand information is correct before continuing.
You can add multiple brands to your account, or update your brand details later if needed.
See Create and Manage Brands for a full guide.
Step 2 : Set up Tracking
💡Important: Tracking requirements depend on your campaign type and goal.
Read Campaign Goal Prerequisites first to understand the tracking setup requirements for your campaign goal.
CTV-to-Web: Web Pixel
For campaigns that measure website activity, install the Starti Web Pixel on your website and validate that it is working correctly.
The pixel tracks visitor activity (page views, leads, purchases) and is required for any CTV to web campaigns.
Make sure the pixel is installed on every page of your site, not just the homepage.
Don't forget to validate the implementation of web pixel
See Set Up the Starti Web Pixel for installation and validation instructions.
CTV-to-Mobile: MMP Integrations
For mobile app campaigns, integrate Starti with your mobile measurement partner (MMP), then complete the required tracking setup under Tracking → App Tracking.
See App Tracking: MMP Integrations for supported MMPs and setup guides.
Step 3 : Prepare your Creative
Before launch, prepare a supported video creative and make sure it meets AI DASH's technical and content requirements.
You can upload creatives in advance through the Creative Library or add them while creating your campaign.
Your ad must be a video file meeting these specs:
Field | Requirement |
Format | MP4 |
Resolution | 1280 × 720 (720p) or higher |
Aspect ratio | 16:9 |
Duration | 15–30 seconds |
Maximum file size | 200 MB |
See Video Creative Specifications for technical requirements, Video Creative Compliance for content requirements, and Video Creative Best Practices for creative recommendations.

Step 5 : Let your campaign learn
After launch, your campaign enters a learning phase (typically 10-20 days) while AI DASH gathers performance signals and optimizes delivery. Performance may fluctuate during this period.
Avoid making major changes unless necessary, as significant changes may affect the learning process.
See Understanding the Campaign Learning Phase for details.
Step 6 : Review your campaign performance
Once your campaign is active, performance data becomes available in AI DASH.
The Dashboard provides an account-level view of performance trends.
Under Report, you can review performance from three different perspectives:
Campaign — Review campaign-level metrics such as impressions, results, spend, CPM, and cost per result.
Creative — Compare delivery and viewing performance across your creatives.
Inventory — Understand how your campaign performs across different media inventory.
You can apply filters and export the current report data as a CSV file from any of the three report tabs.
See Understanding Your Campaign Reports for a full reporting guide.
