Upload your Creative

1. Open Creative Library from the navigation menu.

2. Select a Brand at the top of the page, then click Upload creative.

3. Confirm the selected Brand and enter a Creative name.

⚠️ Creative names may only contain English letters, numbers, underscores ( _ ), and hyphens (-).

4. Drag and drop an MP4 file into the upload area, or click to select a file from your device.

5. Wait for the file to finish uploading, then click Upload.

Preview your creatives

  1. Open Creative Library from the navigation menu.

  2. After selecting a Brand, use the search bar to find a creative by name.

  3. Click a creative thumbnail to preview the video.

Each creative card shows its resolution, file format, file size, and duration.

Use your creative in a Campaign

Creatives uploaded to the Creative Library can be reused when creating or editing a Campaign.

Select an existing creative from the Brand's Creative Library instead of uploading the video again.

Delete your creative

Hover over the creative card and click the Delete icon.

In the confirmation window, click Delete creative to confirm.

Note: Deleting a creative from the Creative Library does not affect Campaigns that are already using it.

Tracking is managed separately

App Impression and Click Trackers are configured separately by Brand and MMP in App Tracking.
