Understanding Your Campaign Status

Campaign status shows where a campaign is in its lifecycle

Written by STARTI AI

Campaigns in AI DASH may appear as Draft, In review, Live, Paused, or Rejected

Draft

Your campaign has not yet been submitted.

You can continue editing its settings. Selecting Launch submits the campaign for review.

In review

Your campaign has been successfully submitted for review. Campaigns cannot be edited while they are under review. Review usually takes around 6 hours, but no more than 24 hours. Once your campaign passes review, it will move to Live. If an issue is found, it will move to Rejected.

📝 Creative review happens at this stage

AI DASH will check whether your associated creatives meet the relevant publishers' advertising policies. For more details, see Video Creative Compliance.

Live

Your campaign is live for delivery. You can pause it at any time.

Note: If you pause the campaign, it may take hours for the delivery to fully stop.

It will automatically move to Paused once it reaches the end of its scheduled delivery period.

Paused

Your campaign delivery has stopped, either because it was paused manually or because its scheduled delivery period has ended. Pausing a campaign does not remove its existing setup.

You can select Launch to resume delivery and return the campaign to Live. Note that once the scheduled delivery period has ended, the Launch option will be disabled.

Rejected

Your campaign moves to Rejected when it does not pass review.

This may happen when an issue is found with the campaign setup, creative compliance, publisher eligibility, or other review requirements. Check the rejection reason to see what needs to be fixed.

You can edit a rejected campaign and submit it again for review.

Note:

You can always duplicate an existing campaign to quickly create a new Draft.
