Singular Integration

Connect Singular with AI DASH to run your Starti campaigns while using the Singular SDK for attribution and reporting

Written by STARTI AI

Enable the Starti integration in Singular

1. Find Starti in Partner Configuration

In Singular, go to Attribution Setup > Partner Configuration.

Click Add partner, search for Starti TV, and select it.

2. Select your app

Select the App (App Site) you want to connect.

3. Configure attribution postbacks

Under Attribution Postbacks & Settings, enable the following options for your attribution postbacks:

  • Send View Through

  • Send All

  • Send Fraud Postbacks

4. Configure in-app event postbacks

Open the In app Events Postback tab and then map the In-app (SDK) Event Names you want to use in AI DASH reporting to the corresponding Starti events.

Available Starti events include:

  • Purchase

  • Signup

Check the Send All box for the events.

If a mapped event includes a revenue amount, enable Include Revenue Value.

Save and repeat the steps for all the rest of the App Sites. You will configure each app separately.

5. Save your configuration

Click Save when you are finished.

Repeat the steps above for any additional App Sites you want to connect to Starti.

Singular treats each App Site as a separate platform-specific version of an app, so partner configuration is completed individually for each one.

Create your CTV tracking links

After configuring Starti as a partner, create the Singular tracking links that will be used in AI DASH.

1. Create a Starti tracking link

In Singular, go to Attribution Setup > Manage Links, then click Create Link.

Configure the link as follows:

  • For Link Type, select Partner.

  • For Source Name, select Starti TV.

  • Enter a Tracking Link Name to help you identify the link in Singular.

Then continue to Link Settings and Redirects to configure the app platforms for this link.

2. Select your app platforms

Under Link Settings and Redirects, select the app platforms you want the link to support.

If your app is available on both iOS and Android, enable:

  • iOS tracking

  • Android tracking

A single Singular impression link can support both iOS and Android for CTV attribution when both platforms are enabled.

3. Enable Connected TV measurement

Under Attribution Settings, turn on:

  • Enable connected TV measurement

  • Override attribution windows

Configure the CTV View-through probabilistic install window and CTV impression prioritization.

4. Copy your tracking links

After creating the link, Singular will generate both:

  • Click-through tracking link

  • View-through tracking link

You only need to copy the View-through tracking short link (ending with the ?) and Click-through tracking short link (ending with the ?).

Your links will follow a format similar to:

impression attribution short Link:
https://i.sng.link/XXXXX/XXXX?

click attribution short Link:
https://customdomain.sng.link/XXXXXX/XXXX?

Set up Singular tracking in AI DASH

Once your Singular configuration and tracking short links (ending with the ?) are ready, add them to AI DASH.

1. Open App Tracking

In AI DASH, go to:

Tracking > App Tracking

Click Create tracking.

2. Configure your tracking

Select the Brand you want to configure.

Under MMP, select Singular.

Then enter your Singular tracking links:

  • Impression tracker — enter the Singular view-through short link (ending with the ?)

  • Click tracker — enter the Singular click-through short link (ending with the ?)

Click Save to complete the setup.

Your Singular integration is now ready to use with the selected Brand in AI DASH.

💡 AI DASH will automatically populate the required parameters in your attribution link during campaign setup.
