Your AI DASH account represents you as an individual user. Campaign setup, delivery, and related data are organized within an Organization. One account can belong to one or more Organizations, while each Organization has only one Owner.
Edit your profile
You can update the personal information associated with your AI DASH account from the Profile page.
To edit your profile:
Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner.
Select Profile.
Update your First name or Last name.
Click Save changes.
Your email address is linked to your account and cannot be changed from the Profile page.
Switch Organizations
If your account belongs to more than one Organization, you can switch between them without signing out.
To switch Organizations:
Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner.
Select Switch organization.
Choose the Organization you want to access.
You can also view or switch your organization from the Organization field on the Profile page.
