CTV campaigns typically involve users viewing an ad on a TV and installing the app on a different device. AppsFlyer uses a cross-platform OneLink template to support attribution between these devices.
Note: This setup is part of the AppsFlyer Integration process.
Create a OneLink Template
In AppsFlyer:
1. From the side menu, go to Engage > OneLink Management.
2. Click the three-dot menu and select Create Template.
3. Enter a name for your OneLink template.
4. Select the iOS and Android apps you want to include.
5. Click Edit next to the Cross-platform attribution.
6. Enable Cross-platform attribution.
7. Confirm the apps included in the template.
8. Save the template.
⚠️ Cross-platform attribution is required. This setting allows AppsFlyer to attribute mobile app installs to eligible CTV ad impressions through your OneLink template.
